OUR COURIERS At 3000rpm we take pride in supplying our customers with a prompt and efficient delivery service. Over the years we have refined our delivery process down to a tee.
All our parcels are dispatched either by recorded Royal Mail, Parcelforce or Interlink courier. All of our couriers have an exceptional track record when it comes to delivering parcels with problems being a rarity. Due to the reliability of our couriers as well as the careful packing of our workers, we ensure our customers order arrives on time and in outstanding condition.
To ensure the best experience for our customers, our system has been integrated with Interlink and Parcelforce directly to allow for tracking from the point of order to the point of delivery. Such accurate and detailed information about an order results in our customer service team to quickly assist if any problem arises. We know that problems do arise due to the vast amounts of orders being sent but we take pride in our efforts to resolve all matters as soon as they are highlighted.
All our Royal Mail orders are sent First Class and are recorded allowing for tracking to ensure your parcel is safe at all times and on its way for delivery. Royal Mail orders are picked up each day directly from our Brown Street warehouse to reduce any possible delays between the post office and Royal Mail themselves.
When you place an order, our system will dispatch an email to you to confirm the order is in the queue to be processed. Once we have packed the order, another email will be sent to say the item has been dispatched. We would advise arrangements to be made on the receiving end of the order to prevent any delays. We always aim to meet the delivery date but this is dependant on the authorization of payment and stock availability. If any delays do occur we will do our best to contact you as soon as we can.
DELIVERY PRICES All delivery prices are calculated by weight and delivery location. All prices for delivery can be seen below, please note the following are working days (Mon - Fri) and from day of dispatch, not day of order.
Please check the delivery tab of the item you wish to purchase to find out when they will be dispatched as some items have a 2 day lead time such as new build computers and high end components. 99% of our orders do leave same day however as most of our products are stocked in-house unlike other retailers who dropship their stock.
